NearMe is a mutual-help and emergency-alert service. Use it responsibly.

1. Service purpose

The app is designed to send SOS alerts, show nearby incidents, and help people around each other. It is not a replacement for emergency services.

2. Emergency use

• Use SOS only in real emergency situations.
• Always call local emergency services, such as 112, when needed.
• Do not delay real emergency calls while waiting for app responses.

3. Correct use

• Do not send false alarms or misuse incident reactions.
• Do not harass other users or abuse private rooms.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or permission checks.

4. Account and device

• Your account and device identifier are used to keep the service working.
• Push notifications, location, and SMS permissions are required for the features you activate.

5. Service limits

• The app may restrict repeated SOS actions, repeated false alarms, or abusive use.
• Private room and SMS features are available only in the relevant paid plans.
